Ordered my soil labeled soap on Tuesday, best smelling soap on the planet by the way, and still did not receive it by the following Saturday even though the location is less than an hour and a half away. I took a Sunday drive up to Saint Augustine, go to the store to buy a couple bars until I get my shipment, and there’s nothing there. But the young lady behind the desk directed me to their other shop on the corner. I get there, there is no soaps there in the lady attending the store , told me I need to go to the other store. I then call the phone number listed for this company, and the second individual that I talked to answer the phone and then decided she would look for shipments in the back room while I was on the phone with her when she could’ve just done it when I was there. She didn’t asked me to call back the next day which is a holiday, and they are not close on holidays, by the way. She asked me to ask for Sadie. I was very excited to check out this shop. I love honey's versatility. The shop's simplicity told me the products would speak for themselves. They did! Austin and Lori answered all my questions and we got to try some honey. I was very excited to buy their thieves hands sanitizer and one of their handmade scrubbing soaps.

Unfortunately, I had an actual run in with someone whole rounding a corner and my sanitizer bottle shattered. It had been maybe 30 minutes so I went back to the store. I explained what happen and said I understood it's not their fault. Turns out, mine was one of the last bottles of that size sold.

So my wife went into the shop to look for a gift for me for Valentine’s Day. She is a world class shopper. She came out of the store stunned at the treatment of the counter person on Sunday, February 14th. She asked her about two separate products. The woman said, we are out of those products. My wife pointed out that there were products on the shelf and could she tell my wife about them. The woman again said “let me make it simple for you”. She went over to the shelf and pulled the product information off of the front of the counter. My wife laughed, took the hint and left the shop.
