My first time coming here was last night and our server was Zoe. I think we got there around 8:30pm. The line was busy but we were able to get in pretty quickly. When we were seated, our table was sticky and gross with no silverware or napkins. Our serve Zoe took awhile to treat us but no problem. She took our drink Order and we waited. When the drinks came out Zoe hardly shook any to mix them and left. She wasn’t talkative or very kind. 2/4 drinks we ordered were not drinkable. We had to flag her down to remake a drink, I didn’t even want to try to have them fix mine. The drink made again. While waiting, one drink spilled. One of my girlfriends was seeking help for awhile and finally find a bar tender. Instead of an employee cleaning up the mess or even offering to help clean up the mess, he walked outside to the hostess stand, grabbed a dirty towel and told her to clean it up. With no bucket or paper towels, the towel hard picked up anything and most of the drink and ice fell onto the floor. Sitting in a sticky mess, Zoe finally makes her way over with the remade drink, not even acknowledging the huge mess on the table. Puts the drink down and walks away. The remade drink again was not drinkable. I’ve had enough at the point. I flag Zoe down again!, for like the third or fourth time! She hardly ever showed up around our table. I asked her for the check. At first she tried to charge me for all 4 drinks though we only drank 2! I told her no I’m sorry we didn’t drink the other two because they weren’t drinkable. Asked her to take them off. She asked me for my card first. Um no? I want to see the check first then I’ll pay. This upset her. This is where the eye rolling started. She rolled her eyes. After awhile and flagging her down AGAIN, she brought back a new check. We had to ask the hostess where our server was AGAIN so we could just PAY AND LEAVE! She rolled her eyes after placing down the check, no true goodbye or anything. I am NEVER one to not tip! In fact I usually time minimum 20%. This was my first time ever not tipping. I will never come back. To wait until line then be treated so poorly it unacceptable. This service was terrible and the hot topic of last nights outing. Terrible place, it’s filthy, run down. Was out with a group of friends who ALL work in the service industry. Approached the bouncer everyone in high spirits. He check and granted access to 4 out of 5 of our party. The last IDENTIFICATION card that we showed was a valid US GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. The person in our party doesn't speak strong english and that is her identification card so she was simply confused as to what was going on. The bouncer was quick to reject us after briefly stepping away to probably ask a server if we could get in. I told the bouncer it has her birthday on it because at the end of the day we are checking ages on Identification nothing else. Sadly not at this establishment. The bouncer acknowledged that she was of Age but still wasn't willing to allow entry. At this point our group was frustrated but not being impolite at all. We asked to speak to a manager for the reason she was directly being rejected. The bouncer reluctantly went and grabbed a server. This server was a short male with brown hair. He came out very hostile almost looking for a fight. The Patio was busy and we are all servers so we can understand being frustrated when approaching a situation with a customer but approach it with professionalism, at the end of day it is a place of business. This was not the case, this server came out hoping for some type of reaction. We simply asked for a reason and he refused to talk to us at first saying "Im not doing this right now." He then started to walk away and was yelling they could only take "IDs or Passport." WE PROVIDED AN ID. He was clearly trying to say a driver's license or passport but he was so angry he just kept yelling "IDs or Passport" At this point it seemed the server had a problem with us and not the actual issue at hand. He proceeded to yell "GET OUT" so loud that I'm assuming the whole patio could hear. Its sort of comical because how can we get out if we weren't even allowed in? I was pretty upset at the little guy by this point so I proceeded to let the entire patio and anyone in ear shot know that this was clear discrimination.

Read moreUnbelievably disappointed. As a local, I have been coming here for years and have always been impressed by the food, drinks and service. Today was the complete opposite. One of our party members accidentally spilled their drink (wobbly table). A waitress was taking an order at the table next to us and saw what happened. She said "I got you" but then proceeded to keep taking the other table's order as the drink was dripping through out table on to our clothes, shoes and ground. We would have been happy to clean it up ourselves but we're seated without napkins or silverware so we really at the mercy of the staff to help us. After a few more minutes, one of us went into the restaurant to go get clean up supplies ourselves. We wanted to order another drink but our server never came back out to check on us after he took the initial drink orders. When the food arrived, it came in installments. 3 of our party got their orders initially (albeit cold French toast) and then 5 minutes later the 4th party member's food finally arrived. The food runner told me my order was on the way. 20 minutes later, after everyone was done eating and after the table next to us received all their food (seated 30 minutes after us) , my order arrived. I told them it's too late now, everyone was already finished. Our initial waiter finally came to check on us and we told him all of the issues. He apologized and said it's their busy season, they are working out the kinks. It was Monday at 11 AM and there were 5 open tables outside alone. He said he would talk to his manager on our behalf. When he came back he said he took my order, a side order and $13 off the bill. It was appreciated but why would I be charged for an order I didn't eat anyway. The manager could even take the time to come over and talk with us. Finally we asked for to go boxes and those never arrived. We we had to go track those down ourselves too. I hate leaving negative reviews and I always give the establishment a chance to make it right. But time after time today, they failed. I hope this was just a one off experience for a normally...
