My friends and I love everbowl but every time we’ve been the staff was extremely rude. My friend asked for an extra base and the employee rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. We paid $12 for a medium size and they barely filled the smoothie portion halfway. They were out of honey and bananas. We could see the bananas in the back but the employees didn’t want to cut them. Good spot flavors wise, but they don’t really keep to their hours. It’s annoying to head to their location to find it closed with no explanation. It’s 10:30am on a Thursday and it’s closed. Last time we were there the young kids working the counter were blasting music through the place laced with vulgar and sexual themes that made the moms around us cover their kids ears. The food is delicious, but ignorant customer service and company policy really irritates me. I am allergic to oats, asked for Chia instead, was told it would cost $2 more. My child ordered something that usually has Chia, but asked to exclude it because he doesn't like the texture. I asked to have his chia put in mine, they refused.
