Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Saint George

My roommate and I love teriyaki madness, we frequent this location and the food is always good. That being said the workers are NOT NICE. The only girl I have ever seen working the register at this shop has always been disrespectful and unprofessional to the customers. This last experience we had with her, she was on the phone and she told her friend, “if these people leave I can close” referring to me and my friend. The shop is small and there is absolutely no reason to begin closing 45 minutes before closing time and implying to customers with off handed remarks that we should leave. My roommate and I both work in food service and I do not think that what she is doing or how I was treated is appropriate or okay. I have had negative experiences with her several times. Her demeanor is unkind, flipping chairs that customers are sitting near, removing toppings from tables, and giving rude remarks with a negative tone and faces to customers is not okay. I hope that in the future this business chooses to hire staff that will not disrespect people the way she has. We love the food but do not love this teriyaki madness. If you are thinking about eating food like this you are better off at Panda Express, at least they don’t disrespect their customers. This place is AMAZZZZINNGGG I'm surprised there aren't more people here! I've come here 3 times and EACH TIME THEY DDEEELLLIVVVERRR on those meals. I get the Spicy Tofu Teriyaki bowl, usually with Yakisoba noodles, but this time I got Brown rice. This place HAS THE BEST TASTING TOFU I have had in ANY restuarant in St. George so far. Also, they make the food QUICK! I'm not waiting for HOURS like I would at Benja or Sakura. Also, AFFORDABLE FOOD! I usually get the Junior (about 7 bucks) and it feeds a good portion. However I was extra hungry today and paid an extra 2 bucks for a regular, which is a LOT of food for me. You DEFINITELY get your money's worth of food here!!! Also the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very very clean. A+++++++ !

Ordered from here via Uber Eats tonight and the order came with 0 teriyaki sauce. I mean, their name is Teriyaki Madness! You think they would make sure sauce made it into the order’s bag. I called and spoke to a girl named Brooklyn who simply stated Oops I thought I put some in the bag. Well sorry that doesn’t cut it. I’m now stuck with food I paid for and don’t even want anymore. When I asked for some kind of discount or compensation on a future order she told me she couldn’t do that but if I come in tomorrow she would give me extra sauce. Seriously?? What am I going to do tomorrow with extra sauce and NO food? Drink it?? When I asked to speak to her manager she simply stated she wasn’t allowed to give out a number. Horrible customer service.
