Mackinaw Parasailing, St. Ignace — Local services in Saint Ignace

The young man that chucked us in was sweet and the Captain Jim was wonderful. I didn't care for the young man, Louis, on the boat assisting the captain. He didn't speak, just motioned to us, had zero personality. He was responsible putting us in the equipment prior to leaving the dock and then for taking pictures (we paid $30 for pictures on an SD card). The captain had to remind him more than once to take pictures. Once home we looked at the pictures, they are black, can't see who is sailing, other pictures the faces hidden by parts of the ship. Complete waste of money. The pictures I took on my phone came out way better. We've gone with this company several times in the past, always bought the SD card never...

As someone who has a massive fear of water, I can’t see through and heights I was terrified the front office, and the two guys running. The boat made me feel so comfortable and calm answered all your questions. And when I say at my fear of water and heights is through the roof I was shaking, but as you start getting pulled, it’s absolutely breathtaking. You can see everything. I would definitely recommend doing it and I couldn’t have asked for Three people finer than them to make you feel at you definitely will do it again. Recommend doing the GoPro so you can record everything. Thanks again for everything.

This experience was amazing.bif you're on the fence about doing it... Just DO IT! The crew was amazing from the checking in to the guys on the boat. I opted for the photo and video add on. Was a bit disappointed as the photos turned out to be just shadows so they are useless mostly. The go pro was pretty cool and I should be able to get still shots from it. But, they gave them to me on 2 old school 8gb memory cards. I don't have a device that takes it so I had to seek that out. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend the trip, it's worth it. But, save your money on the photo and video package. Just bring your phone...
