So. The tech broke my antenna after fixing my screen. He had to replace my phone. Now maybe that would make anyone happy but this is such a hugeee inconvenience and set back for myself. I had 2 numbers registered to one phone. My buisness phone number is not on the new phone and it's super stressful. My watch had to be reset (and i no longer can receive calls on there anymore). All of my messages that were sent for travel assignments are gone since my phone was off for a whole week since he was attempting to fix it (no message data were transferred over to the new phone).
