My friend told me about this place. I drove a long way ( she normally does also) to shop. The women were not eager to help and in fact weâre almost discouraging, saying oh thatâs not for sale itâs a prop. Begrudgingly, after several sighs she said itâs not even on the price list and then turned it over and said itâs $65. The store just opened and then said weâre closing the back to reset it ( one would think they would have done that either before or after store hours or would be able to work around customers as I was the only customer in there) I asked if I could be quick before they close down the back room and the woman said no and put a chair in front of it. I personally love the cute silicone covers for bowls. They are usually decorated as flowers or fruit, suction very well to the bowls, and they come in various sizes. I also appreciate the colorful knives, my favorite being the watermelon knife that not only has a green handle, pink blade and cute outs that look like seeds on the handle but also is long and really great quality. Yes, it does cut thru a watermelon really well.
The staff is helpful but not pushy. They greet you with a smile and offer assistance. They are willing to answer questions-make sure to ask about any future cooking classes because they do hold them here on occasion. Definitely stop in here for a unique kitchen...
