The review from aka. Miss Reily Edwards is an outright fabrication. She lied about the condition of the PC to be repaired & was upset her data was not recoverable in the amount of time she demanded I complete the project in. I even refused to take any additional payment for hours of extra time I put into the project, exhausting every avenue available to recover her data from a crashed, physically damaged drive. I returned all of her equipment and printed technical results of recovery attempts to help the next victim she tries to wrangle into this job with completely unrealistic expectations. Although Miss Edwards is not able to understand these technical reports, any other qualified technician would be able to come to the same conclusions I did before getting involved with this vapid individual. I have been in business for almost 30 years in the same location & that would simply not be possible if Miss Edwards accusations contained a shred of truth or were remotely accurate in any way. I go to extreme lengths to get excellent results for my clients and have 100's of them that will back this up and contradict her slanderous statements. My laptop wouldn't boot up yesterday morning. I took it to one computer repair shop and they said it would require replacing the motherboard at $300 or more. Today I was driving to Best Buy to use their hard drive recovery services and then pitch the laptop and get another one.
