Last night, my family and I spent over $1,000 on a VIP table to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday, only to have our evening ruined by the head of security, Javian. We had a large group that included my nephew's mother, grandmother, uncles, cousins, and friends. The issue began when my nephew, with innocent intentions, approached a woman on the dance floor to ask her to dance. She declined, and he respected her response. When he tried again during the next song, she became unnecessarily rude, treated him with disrespect, and even threatened to have him removed from the club. I intervened, calmly explained it was his 21st birthday, and we left the situation to return to our table. Ten minutes later, Javian approached our group and accused my nephew of inappropriate behavior, claiming "a group of four people" had made complaints. I was with my nephew the entire time and witnessed everything—nothing inappropriate occurred. Despite my calm explanation of the events, Javian was dismissive, rude, and confrontational. He refused to listen to reason or even consider the truth, instead choosing to rely on baseless accusations. Javian's behavior was unprofessional and appalling. He abused his authority, ignored the facts, and disregarded the efforts of other staff members who tried to intervene on our behalf. His actions not only ruined a special night for our family but also left us feeling disrespected and robbed of both our time and money. I understand security often has to make tough decisions, but this was not one of those times. Javian’s inability to handle the situation fairly and professionally reflects poorly on the club as a whole. I will not be returning and strongly urge management to reevaluate the type of person they entrust with such...
Read moreThis establishment discriminated against my friend with disabilities and MUST learn that it is NOT ok!! Last Friday, 5/19, my friends and I arrived after midnight to dance. My friend, who DOES NOT DRINK and has a neurological disease collapsed outside the bathroom. She was by herself and had lost all ability to think, walk, or talk (a side effect of the disease that can happen randomly). Without even taking a moment to assess the situation or ask if she was ok security swooped in and barked to “GET HER OUT OF HERE”. She was dragged out and left on the sidewalk unable to fend for herself. Luckily I was outside getting some air, and she found a stranger to get my attention and let me know she was there. Thank god!! As my friend was crying hysterically and regaining her strength outside, the head of security walked by and we told him about the traumatic and discriminating situation that had just happened. He asked if she needed anything and we asked for some water for her. She waited for 10 minutes and he never returned! This establishment is for pits. Totally disgusting. I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to...
Read moreI recently explored this estate for a local party event, and my experience was disappointing from the start. The bouncer at the door displayed strange, unfriendly behavior, which set a negative tone for the evening. While the staff behind the desk were friendly and attractive, the overall atmosphere quickly soured.
The security team was overly intrusive, making the environment feel unwelcoming, and the lack of women among the patrons added to the intimidating vibe. The small bathrooms only amplified my discomfort.
My worst experience came at the bar. After ordering an expensive tequila on the rocks, I watched in disbelief as a bartender took my drink and discarded it, replacing it with a cheaper option without explanation. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming, lacking even a simple greeting. Observing her interactions with other customers confirmed that this was a consistent attitude, which is disheartening.
The only highlight was the bathroom attendant, Jazzy, who was genuinely nice. Overall, I found the venue uninviting and would not recommend it. They need to work on creating a warmer atmosphere to...
