Wonderful hidden gem! The entrance is located on Gardner Street, look for the red light! I brought a group here for a Mystery trip and it was perfect. The drink menu is very impressive....everyone's favorite was the mulled cider served in a large mug, piping hot, topped with fresh whipped cream and a homemade cider donut. The quality of there products really shine and the detail that goes into there drinks are amazing. They offer a wide variety of mixes and innovative garnishes. The owner Jesse gave our group a tour, very informative and fun. You were also offered tastings of the different alcohols they make. We had our event catered, setup was fast and flawless. I would highly recommend stopping by for a drink and tour, or book your next party, you will not be...
Read moreIf you don't mind traveling a few paces off the main drag, you'll discover this fantastic craft distillery in Salem, specializing in rum, gin, vodka, and absinthe. For the cocktail/mixology enthusiasts, look forward to a delicious menu of in-house specialties, including to-go options in the form of canned cocktails. This distillery features a public bar, private event space, and allows customers to bring their own food (as long as they don't have a pop-up feature). Shout-out to Peter, the wonderful bartender who took care of us when we were visiting the city. He is a great host and talented mixologist. If I lived anywhere near Salem, this would absolutely be a regular...
Read moreAtmosphere, great. Staff, great. Drinks, not so much. The first distillery I’ve ever been to that uses their cocktails to hide the taste of the booze rather than enhance it. My wife and I tried a couple of the signature cocktails and they were so sugary sweet that we could barely finish them. The bartender asked a customer in front of me if she liked their vodka and my only thought was how in the hell would you know! The drinks use a variety of varying and unusual flavors, unfortunately their liquors aren’t among them. When I visit a micro-distillery I want to taste Gin, I want to taste Vodka, I want to taste Rum, everything else should be a compliment not a...
