My husband and I are doing a major renovation and addition on our home and were in need of new plumbing fixtures for our bathrooms. I was very overwhelmed and did not really have a good idea of what I wanted. I went to the Frank Webb showroom in Salem and was assisted by Nicole Oliveira. Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond showing me various options and working with me to find selections that I love. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different products and the types of things I needed to consider when choosing my shower, faucets, etc. She was very thorough and even provided all of the specifications to give to my plumber for installation. An unexpected leak in the kitchen faucet sent lots of water down to my workshop in the basement. The plumber had to dismantle the old faucet and so I had to quickly buy a new one.!! Both Sarah and Nicole were so pleasant and so helpful to deal with at FW Webb. They went out of their way to send me photos of what was available to ship right away since I could not be without a kitchen sink faucet that worked!!
