Just happened upon this little shop. My mum and I had fun looking around, trying things on. Very eclectic. I bought some scarves, a necklace as gifts. Then purchased a dress for myself. When I tried it on it seemed perfect! However, by the next day I noticed the hem connecting the lace bodice to the skirt had come undone. No strings were noticeable though. Throughout the day, it just kept growing. I have to find a seamstress to fix as it is not able to be worn without being fixed. I am not skilled at any capacity with a needle and thread. Disappointed that this happened. The dress was not a cheap find.
After taking pictures, it seems maybe something was cut differently in that area and the stitches weren't catching as they should have. I wouldn't really know though. Just seems the fabric is a bit different in that same area.
Not able to return as we were only just visiting. Didn't have a chance to go back as we were headed home the same day I wore it. 3.5 stars. (Would've been 5 stars if the dress didn't have...

I am an assistant manager and visual merchandiser for a New England based retail store, one that prides itself on their customer service. It was so refreshing to have had the opportunity to receive such wonderful customer service here. Thank you! and I cannot wait until my...
Read moreI want to share an experience that my mom had at this store earlier today. My mom entered the store carrying her raincoat (that she’s owned for ~5yrs). She was rudely accused by a store clerk of shoplifting the coat. The clerk was snarky asking, “I guess you are just going to walk out with that?” When she corrected the clerk (and told her the cost was in fact hers) there was no apology. While I respect that during busy store hours, monitoring inventory is tricky and that mistakes can happen, there is no excuse for rudeness...
