Iam a senior citizen .I wanted to buy jewelry and sweat pants and matching top but a worker followed me from one side of the store to the other side it was very annoying i wanted a pair of sneakers I was in pain from injuries so i needed a few things for thearpy. So when I went pass home decor a young dark curly hair started following me making it obvious I did get a pair of sweatpants . Then as I proceeded in the corner a cashier sent the young black girl away from the register as if I was going to get in Her line wich I was not .there are more sweatpants and on the other side pass I could barely walk. The Young lady I was with was my daughter she wanted more work shoes.she bought a few items she said dont let it get to you they have camera .I know that. But I did not want to stay to much longer . .such a terrible day in and bad way to treat elderly people are any one as far as that goes and as I was leaving I looked back the young girl was allowed to come back to the register often I have not been treated that way in very in a long time except in the mall in aero postal a comment was made about government giving out money and she was upset about it .the young lady I was with had milatary I d. Read moreWalked in for an Amazon return on Black Friday, and I expected a line and hassle but I was so wrong. I found some cute items on sale (oops!) on the way to finding the return area (back in customer service, to the left and at the back of the left side) and got a $5 coupon for doing my return at Kohls. My daughter asked me why we don’t shop at Kohls more often, so I guess we will have to come back. So convenient to be able to return Amazon packages here! Our cashier, Lexi, was fantastic. The manager we spoke with was very personable and friendly. The woman in the customer service department was kind and quick with the return. Even the folks walking around were clearly working hard. People can be so rude to retail employees and I’m sure it is worse on heavy days like Black Friday. These folks did their best and were working very hard. I hope the managers see...
Read moreIf I could I would being giving the customer service there today 10/5!! They were amazing! They went above and beyond to really help me when the help line was absolutely no help (they were telling me they were charging my card, they then reversed the return I made(over the phone- so no item in my hand), and then told my mom that she should open the items she gets before gifting them.) Costumer Service in the store was also trying to call and was hung up on multiple times. I was trying to exchange the item for the same price my mom had paid. From the first woman I spoke with and every single one after, they were all amazing!! They were able to help me order the same item at the kiosk for the same price that it was purchased. They spent almost 2 hours working with me & I really appreciate everything they've done to help fix the situation...
