Burger King — Restaurant in Salisbury

I would avoid this location if I were you. Every single time I've gone here they made my food incorrectly, or didn't give me something I paid for and then management would ALWAYS give me an attitude about it. I would always be nice to them when my food was wrong, or something was missing, and always show my receipt and my bag so they could see for themselves but despite this they would get nasty at me and almost accuse me of lying. I have to go so far as open sandwiches in front of them to show them I was given a sandwich wrong as I always order custom sandwiches, such as no mayo or no ketchup, all depending on the sandwich and show them the condiments that are clearly on the sandwich. One time management even asked me why I can't just scrape it off and eat it. I looked at them shocked, are they not familiar with certain food allergies? What kind of person would ask that? Now I avoid this location because they probably do exactly that now and I can't tell, but it would explain why I've had an allergic reaction a couple times. WoW! I hadn't been to this new Burger King yet. Stopped in while doing back to school shopping with my 13 yr old grand daughter. Drive thru was packed, so we went inside and what a nice surprise! Top of the line CLEAN, fresh look to the modern tables, FRESH cut flowers at each booth and table. The food was extra nice with a few really great tomato slices and hunks of FRESH lettuce on our burger! (Been to cook-out lately? Slimy piece of old lettuce and a half a thin slice of wilted tomato...they did it up more than right here! We stopped in on Sunday when their AC was acting up and the ceiling was leaking everywhere. I think I counted 6 buckets, if not more, to catch the drips. BUT the service was great, food great, and it was spotlessly clean everywhere. The leaks didn't distract...

Disgusting business.. the Store manager (Tania) works with pink eye touching all over the food. When trying to have a conversation with the store manager she makes herself "Busy" for 10-15 mins before she even tries having a conversation with you..when having conversations with her she talks with you like she is above and beyond you.. the workers are slow they reheat fries and put your burgers/Breakfast sandwiches in the microwave for reheating.. the manager also refuses too hire "Family Members" but has hired her son and works on the same shift as him and one of the assistant managers has a sister who works with her.. so her excuse on why she refuses too hire family members is bogus.. trust me in saying this and its sad.. I would trust Wendy's next door more then...
