**** READ THE BAD EXPERIENCE REVIEWS.**** I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY TRIED TO STEAL FROM! THEY RUINED A POOR LADY'S ROLEX WATCH!! It doesn't surprise me that this is your reply. Lies! Lies! LOL Small business of thives! Lady tried to act like she knew what she was doing. SHE COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME THE SIZE OF MY DIAMOND!! LOL I was wearing these pieces of jewelry am thinking she was under pricing to get these beautiful pieces. The chocolate diamond was taken to them last year. They were only going to give me $300! DO NOT COME HERE! THIS PLACE ARE THIVES! THEY TRIED TO BUY $1500 WORTH OF JEWELRY FOR $300!! They must like 300 because its an easy number to multiply don't need calculator!! LOL This is the 2nd time I've been told my jewelry is worthless!! Seriously! MY jewelry was more REAL than the annoying lady and her mossinite fake ring! AM GLAD I DIDN'T SHOW YOU MY 3 CARAT ON MY FINGER!!! I told you I was giving you a 1 star because you provide horrible customer service and your prices are WAY over priced. anyone can do research and see that I am right. In fact maybe the Better Business Bureau Needs to Get Involved. I feel like your business needs to be seriously investigated! The fact that you were going to buy my jewelry so cheap and than turn around and sell it at a 2000% mark up. #betterbusinessbureau #overpriced #mossinite #horriblecustomerservice #300

On Dec 6 I went to get two links removed from my band and saw they sold assorted Rolex watches as well as my watch. It seemed quick and easy and charged me $20 and returned the extra links and long pins to me in a bag. I didn't think to check and went about my day. A week later I felt it was too tight as the body expands and contracts with temperature (not different from wearing rings and when your hands are cold they are more loose) and I wanted to put one link back and adjust the spring pin of the latch for a better fit. Turns out they didn't return the short pins to me (these pins are what prevents the long pins from just sliding out by holding them in place after hammered in). I was very upset. Luckily I found some cotter pins online to use to hold the links in place, and yes you can't really tell unless you take it apart, but it's not the original parts. For a jeweler sell such high end accessories I am so upset they probably lost my secondary pins and didn't bother telling me and assumed I wouldn't ever know. Who knows how many other customers they've done this to with luxury watches. I attached a snippet of my credit card bill as proof I paid the $20 to have my watch band adjusted by them on Dec 6 incase they try to deny this.

This is my favorite store to buy diamond jewelry. I am a kind of a guy who does extensive research before buying an expensive item. I come from a family where we sell gems. So I known stones. When I visited the AAA, I was greeted by Michael with a warm welcome. We chat for a bit and I told what I was looking for. He didn’t had the stone in store, but within 3 days he had the diamond I was looking for. I was expecting to pay a premium. But Michael sold the diamond for the price of wholesale. I was blown away. Then I had the diamond appraised. I was shocked to see the appraisal. I sincerely thank Michael and AAA team for getting me an amazing diamonds. To return the favor, I took my friend to buy his engagement ring as well. They beat OC Tanner and Tiffanies price! I’m so thankful and grateful there’s still a jewelry shop that cares about people. Thank you AAA for being an amazing part of Utah. I highly recommend this store for anyone who wants a great diamond and save money!!

BUYER BEWARE: Awful and regrettable experience with Mike and staff. My boyfriend and I visited this store to start getting an idea of what we liked for engagement rings. This was the very first place we had visited in the SLC area. There were not many selections as far as larger carat sizes (understandably so) but Mike let us know that he would be able to get some larger diamonds into the store for us to look at. He let us know that in order to do so, he would charge us $250 to cover shipping/insuring those 2 or 3 diamonds. We were fine with that after it was made EXTREMELY CLEAR that if we did not decide to go through with a purchase from him, that the amount would be refunded, or, applied to another purchase in his store. After the diamonds arrived, we went to try them on. We were not impressed with the quality of the stones and decided to not go through with any purchases from him, as we still wanted to look around. Again, this was the first place we went to look for an engagement ring. When it came time to inquire about the refund, we could not get an answer from Mike. We made several calls and sent emails over a THREE week period and the man never had the decency to return our call. Every time a call was made, a woman at the store (his extremely rude gatekeeper) kept telling us Mike was either out to lunch or not in the store that day. There was always an excuse as to where he was. They were all lies. After about the fifth call (all documented because we soon realized we may have to take legal action) demanding a response and after her telling me he wasn't available, he miraculously starts talking on speaker. What ensued next was shocking. I have never heard someone so incredibly belligerent and angry. Mike was L-I-V-I-D that we were asking about our refund.. telling us it cost him that much money to have the diamonds shipped and we were not owed anything. He completely went against his word. We were shocked. Why would we just give a business $250 of our money knowing we were just starting to look around?? We understood that yes, there would be shipping involved.. perhaps $50 or so but we had his WORD that the money would be refundable, or a portion thereof. As his anger escalated on the phone, with him YELLING at us, he then decided he would give us half the money back- $125, just so we would get off his back I assumed. At this point we said fine- we just wanted to recoup any money at this point and get far away from this man and his business. We hung up and could not believe what had just happened. It was disgusting someone could act this way to us. In the end we decided it would be in our best interest to never step foot into this store and forfeit all money- $125 wasn't worth his wrath. We were honestly scared of what he might do and truly thought we would feel unsafe in his presence. *I would like to add that several months had gone by before we had inquired about our refund, so we did understand why he was 'questioning' the refund after a few months had in fact gone by. However, due to COVID and a family illness it just wasn't our priority at the time. Please do yourself a favor- really research this place (if you look hard enough, you'll find the negative reviews). Do not let this man paint a pretty, rosy picture for you- if you decide to not do business with him, it won't be pretty at all. This is a pawn shop. It is not BBB accredited. Do not waste your time doing business with someone who is so rude, aggressive, unprofessional and unethical. There are MANY fine jewelers around town.. and just as many who are aware of Mike and his business practices. Wish...

Don't have enough STARS to give these guys!!! They are really just all around good people who treat you like family right when you walk in the door and are down to earth , respectable no matter who you are they don't treat you as another person to take all their money from even if you have it, they will still give you the best price you can expect from anywhere bar none. Not to mention the quality is best in this town guaranteed but I hope that Mike, the one who I like dealing with mostly, reads this review and has a smile on his face because I have left there with one on mine every time I have done business there consistently and genuine people as their employees are he are and run that store ... Goes a long way with me I would recommend to anyone I am not only speaking as a customer who has bought and taken several high dollar pieces of jewelry also to have repaired I trust them with any friends, family members items since I know they won't do any wrong. Treat as if it were their own plus I don't feel cheated walking out the door after I sell them things I don't wear any longer my thoughts were actually that I got too much I wondered if they made a mistake a couple times they gave me more than I could have anywhere else that I sold my things to before I found "AAA". Most places give you pennies not them , they give you the value you would hope for that's why I continue to go back. Kind of funny because when you walk in the door the gentleman that's a security officer I believe for the store is a little intimidating looking but TRUST me it is only because they are a quality jewelery store / pawn shop and I realized that if we're my business and everything I had put my time and money into was at stake I definitely would have a Security guard or 10 to make my items safe plus the employees need peace of mind as they go to work and any job is a risk now days so you never know there are crazy people that do dumb things all the time and all I am saying is GO TO THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE if you want to get the best of everything. Thanks really...

I found the perfect gold chain on Instagram and fell in love with it so I took pictures of it to several jewelry stores in a search to have one of my own, but no one could find the design in their books and they weren't very interested in helping me figure out what would be necessary to make this chain become a reality. And to be fair, these weren't the clearest pictures lol, but it was the best I could find stalking this person's Instagram profile...

Then I found AAA Jewelers and they were great. We first figured out how long the chain would have to be to fit me like the guy wearing it in the pictures I showed them, then we talked about how thick and wide the chain would need to be and looked at fair prices for that. After I got an estimate I came back another time to meet with a girl who drafted out a few designs that best matched the gold chain in the picture. We went into more detail and figured out how much it would need to weigh and interlink so it could lay flat on my neck and chest like the man wearing it in the pics. Her drawings were so helpful that the CAD jeweler specialist was able to go back into the books and find the actual chain link hidden in a chain with multiple types of links. The specialist was able to revise the weight and width and scale this existing link to make a true replica of the chain I wanted in the pictures. It took time because I wanted to do it right and they were very helpful and patient. For all their trouble the chain was competitively priced with non custom chains of the same weight in 14k gold.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome; the chain looks amazing. The man wearing the chain in the pictures is smaller than me and the size and the way the chain sits on my neck is just like his. So they did exactly what I needed them to do at a great price! I would recommend...
