When I bought tickets for a show I checked their website, the website I bought the tickets from, and my email with my tickets and NONE of them say masks and vaccination cards/negative covid tests are required upon entry. So I buy my tickets and travel to the show with my friends only for all of us to get sent home because we didn't have our cards on hand. It's fine to mandate masks or whatever but you need to at least tell people that you're doing it when they are spending money to come to your venue. This was by far the worst venue I have ever been in and I will never be coming back.
Edit: the link the owner provided in response to my review does in fact list all the correct stuff. However. This website is not the some one that pops up if you Google the venue, and doesn't have this website linked on Google maps either. I could not find this website through googling the venue either. I dont have any of the social media as stated and do not rely on social media for information regarding shows. I rely on the venues website and have done so successfully for many concerts and it's always worked out great. I have never had any issues until trying to come to this venue. Read moreI bought tickets to see a show here. Checked the website prior to heading to the venue - No mention of "covid restrictions". I get here and was abruptly stopped at the entrance by two employees rudely demanding that I put on a mask. I let them know their website states nothing about a mask requirement. He said their "Instagram states a mask is required" and so does the sign on their door. I do not have social media, and that type of information should be posted on your website if you are going to enforce something like that, especially when there is no mask mandate in Utah. I did not stay to see the show. I left shortly after dealing with the off putting staff. I came for the live muic, not to be bombarded with leftist propaganda posted all over the walls. I won't be back, and I don't see this...

Just grab you a quick mosh pit pick-me-up (eat it first) and then head to the back room where you'll either see an immersive floor show (YOU CAN SWAP SWEAT WITH THE BANDS!) or an on-stage show where you can REALLY go side-to-side.
But in all seriousness, please support this venue. It's a much needed location for supporting local talent, they take good care of the bands (all venues should follow their example).
