I wish I would’ve read the reviews before having a consultation call with Laseraway. After receiving a “coupon” on the website, I had to have a consultation call to learn about prices. On my consultation call with Lilly I mentioned that my hair is mostly blonde and I was assured lasering would remove most of it. After briefly being told the price and the monthly cost I was rushed into a credit check. The entire call I felt like I was rushed to go to the links texted to me and asked to fill out info without given any time to read over it and ask questions, or even think. I asked if I could have the night to make a decision and was told I only had 24 hours from the call to make a decision then was immediately rushed to fill out more info and to register. After getting off the phone from the initial call I immediately had a bad gut feeling, I felt pressured to sign everything even though I was uncertain about lasering and the cost. I called the next day to see if another treatment would work for me and work better for my budget. After that consultation with a more patience sales rep, I decided it was all still out of my budget and I wasn’t ready to pursue treatments. That sales rep said I could call and cancel. I called Laseraway and was told I could cancel everything. I then called again and was told my cancellation was sent to the loan company and to call the loan company to assure the cancellation has been processed. The loan company said they didn’t see the cancel so they put it through. A few days later my original sales rep, Lilly, called me and said I couldn’t cancel my contract. I told her I was worried about my budget and was unsure about the laser treatment. She was about to switch me to a different treatment that costs less but still a lot, but the original coupon was no longer valid. I feel like I wasn’t even fully educated on the treatments before being told to open links. I was just just reassured they have top medical grade devices. Those “coupons” now just seem to be a way to draw you in to get you on a call. I would be very cautious when dealing with Laseraway and know that they are very very pricey before signing up for a call and where they may pressure you into treatments that you...
Read moreI really wish I could say that I was able to try this service and loved the results, but I unfortunately didn't even get passed the phone consultation before regretting choosing this company. I have never received laser hair removal before, and wanted some additional information about the process. The sales representative Lilly was, at first, very normal. She asked about the areas I was interested in and why, however, after answering those questions and telling her I had never done something like this and was interested in the actual process, she just replied "Oh that's fine, you're in good hands!" and then proceeded to send me over a bunch of loan documents and requests for my information. She gave me very little information in the services I was interested in, besides to feed me some line about their medical grade lasers. To make matters worse, this situation isn't a rarity with this company and I am not the first to feel this way. In hindsight, I should have ran, but I foolishly fell for Lilly's pushy sales tactics and am now in the long process of cancelling my package and agreements (which is well within my rights to do so, despite what these sales representatives may say). Unfortunately every time I have tried to speak to Lilly regarding this manner, she has been so snotty and unwilling to provide me proper explanations and seems generally unaware of the actual procedures behind what she is selling, she instead makes everything so personal and has a general mean girl attitude. My expectations of a phone consultation was to firstly be informed about the process, then presented with payment options, not to be bullied, talked over and then conned into payment. It really makes me concerned about the services LaserAway provides if this is how they treat prospective customers. My best advice if you're new to this and interested in LaserAway: find somewhere else, unless you're fine with being pushed into a contract without being prepped for the actual process of what you're...
Read moreI have been a patient since October 8, 2022, and I want to make it clear that my nurse Melissa is wonderful. However, considering what I have paid and continue to pay for the treatments, I must say that I am not receiving the proper service. The customer service is not qualified, and when management promises that mistakes will not happen again, things only get worse.
Two years full of mistakes in my treatments, and even though I kept pointing them out, no one paid attention until July 2025, when I spoke with Natalie and she verified that there were indeed errors in my laser treatments — which explained why I wasn’t seeing results. After she assured me that she would make sure no more mistakes would occur, there hasn’t been a single appointment without another issue.
Despite knowing that I lived in Utah, then moved to another state, and that I travel from out of state to Salt Lake to continue my treatments, I feel that my case has not been given the proper attention. It’s unacceptable that I arrive for my appointments only to find that the treatments I am supposed to receive that day are not scheduled, supposedly because they don’t appear in the system, even though I have proof of messages from Natalie confirming my treatments.
I find it unacceptable that I travel from one state to another to get my treatments and there is always a problem that affects me, problems that are not my responsibility but the business’s. If someone had warned me from the beginning, I would have never started laser...
