Kimberly was absolutely wonderful during the consultation and while applying my lashes—she made the whole process comfortable and was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the results didn’t last. I had my appointment on a Friday for my sister’s wedding the next day, but by Monday many of the lashes had already fallen out, leaving them sparse. I was very careful to follow all the aftercare instructions, yet the shedding continued.

I reached out on Tuesday and appreciated how quickly the salon responded and offered me an appointment the next day. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I couldn’t make that time, and after letting them know, I haven’t heard back with any other options. As of today, I have very few lashes left.

The initial consultation was easy, Kimberly helped me decide what length and shape would best achieve what I was looking for. She happily educated me on a few things that in my 8 years of getting lashes no one has ever told me. The lashes look very natural and are light weight. The lashes were falling out literally the next day!! I came in the day after my appointment to get them fix and they still kept falling out more then normal! And now that I came in for a fill they want to charge me a full set!! $170 is ridiculous.
