We have worked with this IT company for about 8 years, starting when they were Intellitechs. During that time, their service and professionalism were always excellent. However, since Intellitechs merged with NEXUS IT, everything has changed drastically.
Every time I call to report an issue with my company's server, I have to start by explaining the type of server we have and all the equipment we use because they don't keep a history of our equipment or how to proceed. It is frustrating to have to explain the entire system setup from the beginning every time an issue arises. It seems like they don't keep any records or history of our equipment or configurations.
Additionally, no one answers calls or returns them in the Sales or Billing Departments. I've been waiting 6 months for a quote to upgrade the server and still haven't received it. It seems they no longer care about our business. Again, while they were Intellitechs, everything worked excellently until they merged with NEXUS IT. It is very frustrating to have an IT company that is not empathetic with its clients.
I have an issue with my server and an important application for our work, and they told me I would receive a call back the same day. The patch disrupted 8 staff members within the company from the accounting department, warehouse customer support and certain sales staff members. We placed a service dispatch request to Nexus IT explaining the problems. They assigned the service dispatch to Asad Mo. Asad listened to an overview of the problem then jumped into the “mess” with both feet. Great at documenting industry or company specific processes and their response time and customer service friendliness is beyond the norm for an IT company.
