This store is all about Customer Service! Agnes Ramos was extremely personable, professional, patient and helpful!!!! While on vacation I was in looking for t-shirts for myself and others; 77T's has just about every color and kind of t-shirt (short, quarter, long sleeves and tanks) you can imagine and they can personalize each and everyone with a logo of your choice. All the shirts don't fit the same (e.g. a medium in one brand/style might not fit like a medium in another brand) -- they do have a changing area for you to try them on though. I was having trouble choosing, but Agnes was so patient and brought me shirt after shirt to try until I found what I wanted. Their logos are applied expertly off a template and within a short period of time. And prices are very reasonable with discounts for multiple purchases. Hats are also available for logo applications. After several washings, my shirts have kept their shape and the logo has remained intact.

While I waited I chatted with the owner, a family man from my hometown of Tucson, he truly cares about his store, staff & customers. Agnes supported me the most during my visit but all the staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Find a pattern hanging on the wall, then select the size and color of shirt you want. I’m fashion challenged, but the staff here are super cool and they’ll advise you on what color logo looks good on what color shirt. They’re also good about advising you about which logos might be too large for kids’ shirts.

Staff was extremely patient with me and VERY nice, and I got in and out of there with two shirts for $20. They printed the shirts while I waited and it didn’t take long at all. It took me longer to make a selection than it did for them to print them - and they were busy the day I was there.
