They can’t do pickup orders for the life of them. Sat there arguing with me when I showed them my confirmation number and the bank statement that I had paid already. A woman named Brenda was the one “helping” me and she was sniffling and so sick that she couldn’t even speak to me. She called customer service to figure it out and kept me sitting there for half an hour while she sat there on the phone doing nothing. She wouldn’t give me the receipt when she finally gave me the dress and was like “I’m not going to argue with you just leave.” Two other employees went and apologized to me for how rude she was being and said it was a long day for her because they were short staffed. Nice cloths and some nice people, the only complain I have is the the quality of some of the clothing for the price .I expected better! my wife bought a denim shirt there and it started to come apart then she called to return it and spoke with Julisa. Julisa was very patient and friendly with her when my wife went to the store to exchange the shirt some heavy set lady whome we didn’t get a name from stoped my wife by closing the door and asking her if everything was okay like if she was just walking out the store stealing something while other customers were present putting her on the spot I was waiting for her outside and I felt bad I could only imagine how she felt. My wife loves this place! The clothing selection is right up her ally. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They set up a changing room while you shop so you don't have to carry the clothes around. Good selection of jewelry as well. They also have a massive discount rack in the back with a good selection. The place can seem a little cramped with a different layout, but it flows nicely.
