The 73rd District Court of Bexar County is truly a band of ill Repute and a blasphemous Disgrace to the Judiciary system. A recent case came into that court and the 'Justice' allowed a Felon to walk free with more evidence against her that even Federal Authorities are Actively Pursuing. This is now the fifth kangaroo "court" to hear the SAME case over a period of five months. Someone explain to me why a Single case must be bounced across 5 courts to achieve a Judgement. I'll tell you what I know: Julie Duke and Steven J. Medina, Acting Counsel for Huyen Thi Vo, (Resident Alien) from Cu Chi, Vietnam, took Embezzled money from Salon Style Nails which is owned and titled to one Walter Kobylak as a single owner business. More than $300,000.00 was stolen by Huyen Thi Vo and hidden from it's lawful owner. In the process of all of this, there is another matter of concern that all 5 courts neglected to address. A little boy named Adam Stan Kobylak, son of Walter Kobylak and Huyen Thi Vo had fallen victim of child neglect, child endangerment and child abuse under the hand of Huyen Thi Vo. She knowingly allowed the child to tamper with a hot stove and thus suffered a 3rd° burn to his arm. Rather than being a responsible adult and "shoo" the child into the living room, she willfully neglected her responsibility to Adams safety. I have attached several photos involving other criminally negligent incidents involving her and the little boy. The father of this child brought him to my ranch for a two week retreat to give Huyen Thi Vo some time to "consider her negligent behavior" and to remove the child from a dangerous situation. Within a matter of a few days, Huyen began filing for a divorce and petitioned for custody of Adam. Here's where things get interesting. The above named counselor's knowingly took the embezzled money and went to the courts. Two of the courts threw the case out because information was leaked that Walter had made contact with Federal Authorities. That leaves three other courts including the 73rd who ALL heard the same case. I have studied this case extensively including both of the original petitions and the documents sent to the FBI, IRS, USCIS along with other agencies and bureaus at the Federal level. This court, along with the two remaining courts will answer to Federal Authorities concerning the misconduct and handling of this particular case. It is my hope that in the end, Justice will be served by "We the people" and not self serving ideologists with the only concern of lining their pockets. Please note on the 3rd photo, there is an elongated contusion on the little boys left leg in which Huyen Thi Vo claims was a "fall accident". Any ME would testify that that is not 'likely' a fall, but rather an "instrument" injury. SHAME on all of you!

It’s a beautiful building. But public entrance time changes all time . Get a permission before enter. Detail : Bexar County was created on December 20, 1836, and encompassed almost the entire western portion of the Republic of Texas. This included the disputed areas of eastern New Mexico northward to Wyoming. After statehood, 128 counties were carved out of its area. The county was named for San Antonio de Béxar, one of the 23 Mexican municipalities (administrative divisions) of Texas at the time of its independence. San Antonio de Béxar—originally Villa de San Fernando de Béxar—was the first civil government established by the Spanish in the province of Texas. Specifically, the municipality was created in 1731 when 55 Canary Islanders settled near the system of missions that had been established around the source of the San Antonio River. The new settlement was named after the Presidio San Antonio de Béjar, the Spanish military outpost that protected the missions. The presidio, located at the San Pedro Springs, was founded in 1718 and named for Viceroy Balthasar Manuel de Zúñiga y Guzmán Sotomayor y Sarmiento, second son of the Duke of Béjar (a town in Spain). The modern city of San Antonio in the U.S. state of Texas also derived its name from San Antonio de Béjar.

For as long as I can remember growing up, my brothers and I were taught about the justice system; how the justice system was established too impartial. Yet, what I have learned over the last few years is that the family court system, at least here in Bexar County Texas, is corrupt. I have learned how these Judges use The Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program, which was enacted in 1975 to help strengthen families by securing financial support from noncustodial parents, is funded with both state and federal taxes. In FY2022, total CSE program expenditures amounted to $6.1 billion. The aggregate incentive payment amount to states was $513 million in FY2011. That IV-D, as a Social Security law, has given officers of the court the incentive to abuse their power under color of law to cause irreversible harm to countless individuals and families. Quite apart from the guarantee of equal protection, if a law impinges on a fundamental right explicitly or implicitly secured by the Constitution it is presumptively unconstitutional. If a law has no other purpose than to be a modifier of the assertion of constitutional rights by penalizing those who choose to exercise them, it is blatantly unconstitutional. For this we raise this question: Does Title IV-D, Section 458 of the Social Security Act violate the United States Constitution due to the incentives it creates for the court to willfully violate the civil rights of parties in child custody and support cases? That the family court, in conjunction with the aforementioned laws, has generated a modern system of “slavery” in the U.S. that these laws and the enforcement of them have led to the criminalization of good and decent men.

In my experiences with the family court system, I divorced my ex-wife for having a several year affair with a man that I later learned to be on the federal sex offenders registry list. When this information came to the attention of the court, the presiding Judge, Peter Sakai, chose to ignore this critical information and placed my children in a condition of unreasonable risk. This caused me to fight for the next several years just to have limited access to my children, first being supervised visits, then later weekend stays. I found that I would have to pay around several hundreds of dollars every month just to see my children for only a few hours. In our most recent court hearing I was able to come across evidence that my ex-wife was involved in drug trafficking. When the court was presented with this evidence, to include an eyewitness, Judge Rosie Alvarado chose to simply do nothing. The Judges of Bexar County Texas have in so many ways, as seen herein, have shown their complete disregard of the canons of judicial conduct with lack of impartiality, integrity, and their judicial competence. As one of the founding fathers of this great nation, Gouverneur Morris once articulated “if their duty, their honor, and their oaths will not bind them, lets us not put into their hands our liberty and all our other great interests.” I believe it is time that those of us who have been so wronged by the family court system should take action against this tyranny and protest the misconduct of the court. The building itself is beautiful. However, the buildings current occupants are usurper and frauds of it's intended purpose, which is to provide justice for our community. The individuals that are calling themselves judges, attorneys, bar members, etc. are nothing more than frauds. All of them! Not one of them can produce a shred of evidence otherwise. If you've been charged with a crime, I would be willing to bet it pales in comparison to these people here, who in every action, they commit a felony. If you've been in trouble with the law, do not contact an attorney!!! They will only sell you out! Do not allow them to place you with a court appointed attorney either. Instead, begin with this when they call your name. ( they call your name), you say "present In special appearance only and will remain without counsel". At this point, they know you know the game, and will most likely save you for last. If not, and the judge thinks he can make an example of you right then and there, he may ask you a question. Your answer is simple. "I am without counsel and plead the 5th amendment". The judge may demand that you speak, but do not speak anything other than "I am without counsel and plead the 5th amendment." The court cannot proceed without you, and because you've introduced yourself to the court as special appearance only, you have denied them their required jurisdiction over you. When you show up to their fraudulent docket call to answer for a crime that you didnt commit, and you say "present" when you're name is called, you are then under their jurisdiction. The trick is, never allow them to move forward. They will try to scare you and intimidate you, but dont let them. Even if they put you in jail for the day. The fact is, they are the defendants and you are the plaintiff unless someone can claim to be an injured party and you're responsible for their injury. Whether it be financial harm, or physical harm. That is the only way the court has jurisdiction over you. No victim, no crime. You must stand up for yourself to prove this though, because they make money from convictions and they need your permission to convict you. You do this by simply showing up and letting them get away with fraud. Don't do this!!!!! Show up and make them work for their fraudulent earnings! I am without counsel and plead the 5th..... to every word they say! Even if they hold you in contempt of court, stand your ground! You can file a countersuit against them for the damages they cause you, and yes, it works. Too won hero heaven one heaven won too nine ate .....for...
