I went for mothers day to get a facial, they did a combination facial, part of it was to remove peach fuzz. When i went home i noticed she had miss is few parts of my face. Not happy. She was nice at the moment but did not complete the job. I did buy a some facial products she recommended. Same day, i had lip fillers, it was my first time getting them filled, Mayra helped me, she recommended a specific kind, I went with her recommendation, however i did not like her treatment, when filling them she asked me to look and see what i thought, i told her one side looked flatter, she said our lips are no symmetrical. well, in my option before she put in the fillers it was not noticeable. Then i told her i wanted my lower lip a little fuller, so with a slit irritation attitude she said, i only have a little bit left, do you want it on the top or bottom. Before i left she told me i may have little balls and to massage them, but she stated you dont have any now. Its been a month, I have called 3 times, i keep getting a recording saying to press zero to be transferred to someone and then it plays again. A month later and my lips have little balls in them, "YOU CAN SEE THE LITTLE BALLS" one side is bigger and its very noticeable. I am not happy at all with the B Medical Spa, the front desk girls are quick and friendly to get an appointment for you but once your service is done there is no follow up. All I can say is wow! I recently decided to start my weight loss journey and I’m so thankful to have found B Medical Spa. Dr. Nadine is absolutely amazing. She went over the medications thoroughly including result time, potential side effects, risks etc. It was extremely informative! I have a horrible time with needles and was worried about fainting lol! But Dr. Nadine and Cristina were extremely prepared. When I started seeing stars they sat me down and provided juice and crackers. They were extremely reassuring and showed absolutely no judgment! I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The spa itself is gorgeous and it smells phenomenal in there. Seriously, what candle is that because I need it! Dr. Nadine, her husband Mark, and Cristina are game changers in this medical field. I love coming here and look forward to it every week! I plan on doing even more treatments in the future. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive! And I’ve never had an issue with parking!! I’ve been a loyal client here for years. Awhile back, I bid on and won a silent auction they had at one of their promotion parties. One of the reasons I I always came back was that any packages of services you bought didn’t expire.

Last December, I was told that the value of my original prize had gone up so they could only honor the pre-pandemic price and it would revert to a cash value of around $1200. I thought that was fair and scheduled a hydro facial and hoped to make more appointments in 2022.

Last week I called to make appointments and was told the manager would have to call me about my account. I waited and never heard back so I finally called back today and was told by the manager that now my account balance is less than $150 because they would not honor what I was told in December. So, I was lied to and lost over $1000 worth of services in my account. I am saddened by their disregard of a formerly loyal customer and I don’t even know if I’ll go back to use what is left...
