I give 2 stars because the person who did my pedi was very nice and kind and my nails looked nice.

I wanted to love this place and be my regular salon but nope. I did my nails on a Friday by Sunday one of my nail broke a little bit out of nowhere I was out of town for a weeding so I wasn’t doing any housekeeping or anything that could accidentally brake my nail. On Friday when I arrived I asked for acrílico with gel on top, I needed something mucha stronger than gel because I was having this issue with other salon. One lady told me she could do powder nails since it was stronger and they will last, well 2 days later… here I am in the same annoying situation.

I called on Sunday and see if they could fix it and they just say that they didn’t have a spot to attend me. I feel like if you want to give a good customer service you could try your best to fix a job you did wrong in the first place. I don’t think it takes too long to fix a nail. Maybe some people don’t care about it, but others...

had a very frustrating experience today. I returned bc I had a great experience my first time but today was really frustrating. I had an appointment for my daughter and I. this isn’t something she gets to do regularly and she waited almost an hour before she was helped. I paid $60 for her to get a little kids mani pedi and they didn’t even soak her feet or anything. the salon was so hot and the ladies were not friendly with her to make this a fun experience. I had also requested some aura nails and the girl i had could not get them right . I have never been one to speak up and ask someone to just stop doing my nails,but we had already been at it for so long and I was really hot and thirsty since i’m 7 months pregnant. I felt so uncomfortable and like a burden when I just wanted them to do a decent job. Another girl took over and was able to fix my nails in 20 minutes but I don’t think i’ll be going back to this...
