CVS — Local services in San Diego

Janelle (cashier #2221074) lied repeatedly to scam me into ExtraCare Plus! I asked her explicitly and repeatedly about if there were any charges about the program because it made no sense that CVS would just give out $10 every month to people's cards "completely free" as "a promotion to get people shopping at CVS more" (both things that she said). She also said repeatedly that I would "never be charged". Thankfully I made sure to read the fine print in the emails before leaving. When I went back to ask why she lied, her supervisor, Brayon (sp?), did help me to cancel the membership, but he continuously kept saying that she didn't lie, that she didn't say the things that she said, and that "her heart was in the right place" when HE WASN'T EVEN THERE! If the supervisor thinks that their employee's "heart is in the right place" when they are committing fraud, how can any customer feel safe...

I NEVER knew a CVS could be so amazing! So amazing I felt compelled to write this after reflecting back on my visits! I went here literally 3 times in 3 days for items I forgot while traveling and EVERY single time, it was a 10/10 experience!! The store is immaculate, the team working were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and it was an absolute joy to be in the store. Kudos to everyone!! And a shoutout to Janelle on my most recent stop in who was such a joy welcoming me in! (And I’m not sure who else was doing stock updates, but she was fab as well!) The layout of the store was also fantastic and literally so well stocked…and clean! Very friendly staff. Helping with everything besides specifically this “manager” Jasmine extremely rood. Every time I go to reload a prepaid card there is no problem with id. Multiple managers and employees at the store reloaded for me many times. It’s already the second time that this “manager” is extremely rood and since she see my id is Ukrainian she refuses to reload my card saying it’s a store rule. But how about 10 times before that. So if you a manager your employees than should know rules. How come no other cvc has this rule only this store? Makes me don’t want to come back at all.
