Spa Pendry San Diego — Local services in San Diego

Upon booking for a ladies Spa day, I had specifically asked what ameneties were available prior to treatments and if we were able to use the pool adjacent to the Spa since this was important for our overall experience. I was promised we were able use the amenities. The day before our treatments the Spa staff called confirming the appointments which she had incorrect and I had to yet again make sure everything was in order for our day.

Upon arrival to my dissapointment the Spa staff said they had never promised us to use the pool insinuating that I was lying but that I could pay $$$ for a cabana. I have never felt such dissapointment from a Spa staff and leadership and this is extremely unprofessional behavior.

The treatments we received however were amazing and I definitely recommend Bridget as a Massage Therapist and Coco for facials.

Unfortunately with the many misstakes in the Spa staff communication methods I will not return to this Spa as there are so many resorts in San Diego who value their local...

Compared to other spas I've been to this was very lackluster. It's not a high end spa. Minimal amenities.

The masseuse Monica was good, but my experience wasn't tranquil because I was in the worst possible room that was very noisy for the majority my session.

I was told they're going to convert that particular space to the nail salon, so of course I'm wondering if they know it's noisy why put people there.

Needless to say this was not the experience I expected, and yes I left disappointed.

Pack Up & Go booked me there, so I'll definitely let them know to consider other options for future clients.
