Just had a concerning experience while checking out with a friend. I was trying to purchase a few items, and when I inserted my card, their system kept telling me the payment failed. Which at first I thought, āhuh, thatās odd I just checked the balance in my account and the money is definitely thereā So I tried again and it kept sending the same message. I then used Venmo to send my friend the money to try through her card and it continuously told us the same thing. I then asked the cashier if there was something wrong with their system and she told me there ādefinitely wasnātā without trying to take any action in helping me to figure out what the issue might be, but instead just went to go chit chat with her co-worker. I finally just decided to go to an ATM nearby to pull out the money from my account that was definitely there. I then returned to the store and just paid the total in cash, but as I was trying to tell the new cashier about the previous situation and ask what she thinks could be wrong with their system, I was completely ignored while she continued giggling with her co-worker. Not to mention when I went to the fitting rooms to try on my items, you could see right through the curtains!!! Hardly any privacy!!! Overall Iām not very impressed with the customer service and have found all of the girls Iāve interacted with there to be quite rude and cliquish. Iām also very weirded out and concerned by the whole situation with my card, as well my friends card in their system⦠But to conclude my review, I recommend the hiring manager to stop recruiting unqualified girls off of their local high-schools cheerleading squad, but instead hire individuals with the actual experience and customer service skills required...

It really ruined my day and made me not want to purchase from Edikted even though I was excited to see the new location. Edikted needs to make sure their brand is well represented through their employees because multiple workers were rude as I was with my friends and the employees said in a rude and agitated tone that they are closed just as the clock was reaching 9pm and we "have to get out now", another staff member yelled at me saying "No!" and that their "fitting rooms closed a long time ago!" when i asked if I could try something on. If the store is closed I understand we are not able to try on or shop longer but my issue is with how they treated their customers and acted so annoyed and rude. They did not say "sorry we are closed, we open back up tomorrow" or "thank you so much for your understanding" or anything like that which is simply basic manners.
