When you go ask for Mr. Ryan Krasner! the reason why is because he will not only go above and beyond to guarantee your satisfaction but he has great wealth of knowledge about diamonds and jewellery, he is also a has a great deal of other outstanding and genuine qualities that makes you feel like he is the man to buy from.

In my process of purchasing an engagement ring I have dealt with a few jewelers who just out to make a fast buck and could not compare to the knowledgeable information that was provided by Ryan. So to go into that store and get the top notch level of assistance that I received was a true blessing. I could honestly go on and on and about his excellent representation of the company. I was able to tell Ryan exactly what I wanted as far as the custom work that was done and the diamond that was inserted and he was able to execute my request without any problems. When I received the ring it was phenomenal and it exceeded all of my expectations. To top it of Ryan made it a smooth process to purchase the ring even though I live on the east coast!

So in other words my experience was outstanding and I definitely feel like I could not get that anywhere else especially for the price that was paid.

Story: About 2 years ago my Fiance and I( she was my girlfriend at the time) We had been staying in the vicinity of San Diego for a while and she noticed the shop and always wanted to go in but never did until our second trip. When we went to visit we were immediately welcomed and greeted by Mr. Ryan Krasner("The guy who made all the magic happen"). After that he sat down with us to go over Diamond selections and my.... my... my... I was highly impressed with the knowledge that he had. If you even think that you know a little something about jewelry, Mr. Krasner will blow your mind! if you don't believe me just go and see him and he will validate and prove all that was previously stated. I will say that Mr. Krasner definitely knows his stuff but he is also very honest which is extremely hard to find when it comes to shopping for jewelry. About a year later I went ahead and made my purchase and I was skeptical about having it shipped across country however Mr. Kranser partnered with Mrs. Yolanda was able to put my mind at ease. They made this a smooth process and the moment I received the ring my jaws dropped from being astonished and amazed by the quality of the ring. It was so nice there were a couple times I came close to burning a hole in my pocket by just going to propose but I was able to wait lol.
