This restaurant has the rudest employee working there. At first me and a friend had ordered to pick up but decided to just dine in. My friend food was not ready when we got there so she had to wait. Then when her food came she ordered it with chicken but what we saw on the soup does not look close to a chicken. I also asked if we can get napkins and she goes you have one right there and I told her yes I do have one but she doesn't and i'm not the only one who is eating here. Then we asked for water and condiments. The water came in after 5 mins and mind this the restaurant was not even busy. Then the lady that works there came up to us and asked if everything was ok. I said yes and had given up asking for the condiment but my friend said we still have not gotten the condiment.... After she brought the condiment and she is like everything is ok right. I said yes and then she goes oh our service requires tips... First and foremost that is so rude. Tips are given to people that provides you good service. We did not get that from her. So was just so rude talking to both of us. This place have decent food but the...

I was looking for Thai food and came across this restaurant. I visited around 7:15 pm. There was hardly anyone at the restaurant. I got a table and ordered Crispy Tofu and Mixed Vegetables. The order reached my table in under a few minutes. By the time the main course arrived, the restaurant had a good amount of crowd. The Crispy Tofu came with sweet tamarind sauce sprinkled with crushed peanuts. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It had more than ten pieces(their menu said ten!) on the plate, but I managed to savor it all. The Mixed Vegetables had stir-fried cabbage, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, and bean sprouts. It came with a portion of rice. I enjoyed this as well. Given the portion size for what I ordered, I felt their pricing was moderate. The restaurant offers a casual dining experience. I found it cozy while enjoying my meal. Their staff took care of my table and ensured everything was good with the order. Overall, I had a delightful meal and dining experience at this restaurant! If you are looking for Thai food in the Downtown area, you could...

I've actually only ordered delivery here from Doordash but this Thai Time location has steamed potstickers which are my favorite and the other locations don't have them anymore. Also, at this location (downtown) I've noticed that they haven't changed any of the recipes when the other location (north park) seems to have made some changes that I don't like as much. Favorite dishes are the green curry with mock duck (just delicious, I'm not vegetarian or vegan) with white or jasmine rice level 5 (out of 10)/medium spice, which is pretty spicy, the drunken noodles with chicken, same spice level, the fresh spring rolls with either shrimp or tofu (with peanut dipping sauce) and the steamed potstickers. SO good and the downtown location is always tastier for some reason. I've only had delivery, so I've never actually been in or seen the place. Call ahead for hours as they vary from what's posted online,...

GO TO A DIFFERENT THAI PLACE & DO NOT ORDER HERE — TERRIBLE QUALITY AND OVERPRICED. “Shrimp” spring rolls are stuffed with iceberg lettuce and thin slivers of shrimp. Outer wrapper was overcooked and tasted rubbery. The “Thai peanut sauce” was a congealed grocery store JIF peanut butter glob, not a sauce. Pad Thai was $20 ($2 extra for beef) for sickly sweet, rubbery red noodles that tasted like MAYO out of all things. NO TAMARIND, Lime, fish sauce, nothing authentic. Barely any meat, if you can call the bits of hardened dry beef “meat”. TERRIBLE TASTE, POOR QUALITY, NOT AUTHENTIC. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT THAI PLACE. Do not waste your money here.

The food was delicious. I have a wonderful family dinner at the restaurant. I really like the Drunken noodle which tastes well. The noodles texture is creamy with eggs, flavored with basil, beef is soft, and broccoli and bell peppers are fresh. The noodles are moderately soft. My husband said the pad Thai is very good. The Tom Yum soup is moderately sweet and sour and delicious. The price of the items is moderate but the plate is huge and plentiful. My kids are difficult eaters but they love to eat chicken here. They ate it all up and the chicken plate with up to 9 large chicken pieces was too cheap.
