She was incredibly engaged with the class, maintaining a nice pace while giving clear and precise instructions — something I really appreciate. Her guidance made it easy to follow along while the exercises themselves made me feel challenged. Greatly because she offered suggestions for modifications to increase or decrease the level of difficulty of some movements, which was helpful and inclusive for people of various experience levels in the class. Read moreVisited today as first time client. They had a deal online which help entice me to try a class. The space is beautiful and well taken care of. The instructor Mikayla was super sweet and introduced me to the machine and ask about my experience with Pilates. She made sure I felt comfortable before starting class. The power Pilates class is definitely a workout and will build your muscles and test your strength. I was hurting after but in a good way. I think if I kept attending I would be stronger real quick, so everyone should Give it a try and see how it goes.
