When we decided to move from the Bay Area, leaving my hairdresser of 10+ yrs was so very difficult, especially given how high maintenance my hair is between Brazilian blowouts and color touch ups! After using Sarah for all my hair care this past year, I couldn't be happier with my decision to make Knstruct my new salon. Sarah does the most amazing job on my hair. But beyond being a phenomenal hairdresser, she's become an amazing friend; generous with her time, and always willing to provide me with the resources and knowledge for me to help navigate my new home town.

Both Heather and Sarah have created the perfect environment to make their clients feel at home and part of the Knstruct family. So much more reasonably priced compared to my boutique salon in the Bay Area. And finding parking near the salon in downtown is never an issue. Thank you Sarah and Heather for everything this past year to help welcome me...

I love this salon!!! Heather and Sarah are both very talented hairstylists and color specialists. I have fine but curly hair with a lot of gray, but you’d never know it because Heather keeps me vibrantly red and sleekly styled. We switch up the color from time to time and Heather always figures out what will look best, no matter how wild or demure I want to go. And my hair stays in great condition too! Sarah has given me Brazilian blowouts that tame my frizz for months. Both Heather and Sarah are friendly and knowledgeable.

The salon is super cute. Sometimes adorable dogs are there, too. There’s a coffee shop next door. And if you don’t take advantage of wine or beer during your appointment (or even if you do) you can walk across the street to Cowboy Star for fabulous cocktails.

I’m a Knstruct...

I needed a corrective color and it was a major undertaking. I did a phone consult with Heather and she completely indulged my sending her an entire concept album of inspo but she saw my vision. Heather took the challenge and I was amazed by the improvement. I mean we seriously did like 4 processes that day. My color finally has the right tone and color placement. The cut finally flatters my face and has some movement. She also gave me the maintenance plan and made sure it was a level of commitment I was on board with. I love the atmosphere. It really is like hanging out in your living room with friends if your living room had a few styling stations and shampoo bowls. I left with my Brazilian blowout booked with Sarah and am looking forward to seeing...
