I don't want to write this review but I need to share my horrifying experience with LIVV in the hopes of preventing others from enduring the same ordeal. The "doctors" at LIVV gave me treatment for my sinuses that left me with chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). It has caused me immense distress and many sleepless nights. I also began experiencing a gradual loss of hearing and smell.

I originally went to LIVV to get IV treatments and the "doctors" would upsell me. Mr. Phan would push me to get more treatments. Mr. Zand told me that he could help my sinuses and breating. He prescribed me a nasal spray that contained multiple antibiotics and an antifungal medication in it. One of the antibiotics is only supposed to be used as a last resort and is known to cause tinnitus. I also received ozone treatment in my sinuses that caused me to lose my sense of smell. They never told me about any of the risks involved with the treatments. After developing tinnitus, Mr. Zand assured me that it would go away and it was temporary. I have waited three years hoping that it would improve but my ears still ring constantly and I also have hearing loss.

Shortly after I developed tinnitus, Mr. Phan and Mr. Zand setup a conference call to discuss the situation. Instead of explaining what happened and taking responsibility, they focused on selling me more products to treat the tinnitus. Mr. Phan made a joke during the phone call that they wouldn't give me anymore of the medication that caused me to develop tinnitus, which made it seem like he didn't take the situation seriously. Since the conference call, I haven't heard from anyone at LIVV, they never checked on me to see how I was doing.

When I told a medical doctor about what happened, he cringed and told me that the naturopathic doctors at LIVV should have never given me any of those treatments. He also explained that there is no treatment for tinnitus.

I regret not doing my own research on the medications. I should not have trusted the "doctors" at LIVV with my health. They did not take the time to ask for my medical history or examine my sinuses. Their negligent actions and lack of concern have caused irreparable harm, leaving me to cope with tinnitus, hearing loss, and smell loss indefinitely. I urge everyone to seek out medical professionals who genuinely care and prioritize patient safety...

I came to Dr. Phan by accident when a mutual friend overheard the shoulder pain and injuries I had been dealing with. Leading up to that point, I had undergone X-Ray’s, 2 MRI’s, and saw 3 different orthopedic surgeons. I was being told over and over the only way to correct my issues was to undergo a surgery called “Distal Clavical Resection” where the surgeon essentially shaved off mm’s of my clavical. I have undergone 7 major injury related surgeries over the years, and it makes me wonder how many could have been avoided using PRP. Within 2 weeks of the injections, I was able to do daily tasks pain free again; things as simple as a push up or taking off my shirt. Within 4-6 weeks, I was 75% recovered and back in the gym after a 4-5 month hiatus. I had gone through a 2nd round of therapy 6 weeks after the 1st. Now, I am about 3 total months out from my 1st round, and 99% pain free through the day. In the gym, I am about 90% of where I was prior to the injury, and there is still time to heal from the therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and the knowledge he is able to provide and recommend alternative, lesser known therapies that WILL help you avoid surgeries and outdated...

I wanted to share the outstanding, professional and well educated assistance I have been receiving from both Dr. Zand and his assistant Katie Rankin. I was referred to Dr. Zand and he immediately was very thorough, caring, calm and an expert in his field with testing procedures, diagnoses, and blood work. He truly offers his patient the most extensive blood work analysis that I have ever encountered over years going to Holistic Health Doctors. He has given me relief and he has able to get to the root of my chronic infection; unlike other Doctors that do not have the time and are overworked, etc. He is extremely thorough and will give you peace of mind and comfort knowing you will get to better health. As for his assistant Katie Rankin she has a wonderful personality, very attentive and responsive. She communicates and receives answers from the Doctor when asked with a high level of professionalism. She is very attentive to helping you with all of your supplement needs prior to asking. I am recommending Dr. Zand and Katie along with all the staff to be your first stop when encountering a health issue that the mainstream western medicine has failed to address or find. I thank God for all of the staff and being open on weekends if you need an IV. I feel peace when I go for treatments and know that I am in good...
