Rhonda is absolutely incredible! She is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to learn about you and your skin. I was planning on scheduling a one time facial as a little gift to myself, but after my first experience I have become a regular client seeing Rhonda once a month. I feel so great about taking care of my skin and truly appreciate her guidance. She has counseled me regarding products that will be the best fit for my needs and they have been wonderful. I wish I could give this place more stars but I just did not like my experience. Maybe if I had Ronda but The other lady (I think her name started with an A). The service was rushed and not relaxing. What was supposed to be an hour and a half relaxing experience turned into 30 minutes less than an hour. She was rushing so much I was being shaken. At the end of the experience I gave her an 18% tip even though I wanted to give her a lot less. I left and came back for instructions on what to do and not do after the facial and she was on the phone with the manager and was being awkward. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and i told her I wanted to speak to her about what to do...

Both my daughter and I have been wax clients of Rhonda for years after trying many others in San Diego. She is by far the best when it comes to customer service and products.
