Lotus — Local services in San Diego

I went with my friend for nails. We dissapppinted bc i got pedicure and since i declined a overcharge of $15 for gel vs regular paint (bottl of gel is just $8 on any nail supply) the technician gave me attitude painting my nails careless rushing it with a old thick paint she blaming the color for the thick consistence of the paint and not the fact that is old so as you see in the picture the result. Im over to argue bc in 2 weeks i might get new one but why we need to givr away money like that if they not gonna work as proper. By another hand manicure was ok for me but not my friend. We upset this new trend on saloons to split the service of manicure and axrylic set. Manicure waa $35 and acrylic on their menu but it ends up being $45 for acrylic only and none manicure look like now if you dont split two payments and u jusy want acrylic they will put the tips and acrylic on top regarless ur nail falling apart no willing to give you decent basic manicure just drill a F it. So im not comming back. Dont let the hospitality cover the poor service bc ur money not...

I just moved to the state a few months ago and I had been searching for a nail salon since I got here. Every place I’ve been charged an extra fee for this, an extra fee for that, and these were seemingly basic services with a nail service and prices never seemed to be consistent despite getting the same thing every time. Lotus was the fourth salon I’ve tried and I don’t intend to go anywhere else. I came in and the prices for the nail service I get are set, and I know how much I’m paying every time I come in and it never fluctuates. Not only that but the attention and care that all of the ladies give is better than you will find anywhere else. From my nail tech to the owner everyone is so welcoming, attentive and they just do a really great job on the services. Looking through every photo you can tell that this salon cares about what your nails look like when you leave. I highly recommend this salon, I always leave more than pleased...

What can I say about this wonderful establishment? I've been coming here to get my nails done for about 4 years. Now I come to Lotus to not just get a mani and pedi, but to get my haircut and styled, facials, and waxings done. And I don't trust just anyone with my hair and nails. In fact, I now live in AZ and I'll wait to get my beauty regiment done when I'm next in town. Their work last a long time. The ladies here are the absolute best at what they do. Tracy, Cece, Mini, Holly, Wendy... they all make you feel at home. Always so accommodating and kind. It's very clean, quality products are used, and they pay close attention to details.
