I recently visited Urban Boba Tea House and was genuinely impressed by both the quality of the drinks and the vibrant atmosphere. We ordered three drinks, each served with the cutest lids featuring playful and expressive emoji designs – a small detail that really added to the fun vibe!

The drinks themselves were a delightful treat. We had a Mango Smoothie, Thai Tea, and a Strawberry Milk Tea. The Mango Smoothie was incredibly creamy and perfectly blended, with a rich mango flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. The Thai Tea had a robust and authentic flavor, balancing sweet and creamy just right. The Strawberry Milk Tea was smooth and refreshing, with a pleasant fruity taste that my daughter absolutely loved.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were made promptly. The space was clean and had a welcoming urban feel, making it a great spot to hang out with family or friends.

Staff is nice! Cute decors and interior. The highlight was popcorn chicken. It's the best I've had in a while. It's served fresh, very tender on the inside (almost like melts as you chew), and thin and crusty on the outside; not a lot of breading. Spice is just right (mild). Eating them without dipping the sweet and sour sauce is just fine, personal opinion.

Has a good amount of seating and outlets. Was a little dark when I came in but there was barely anyone. More people came in later on, it got brighter (could be the sun, too) and all of their food smells so good!

I also got their iced Vietnamese coffee. Was strong at first and not very sweet (which is what I wanted). It's nice! And a pretty big cup for a decent price. Other people were commenting on the sweetness, but you get sweets from Asians (I'm Asian), it usually won't be as sweet as you'd expect.

We were hoping to get some bubble tea before visiting the old town. I was attracted here by the review. It didn’t align with what the reviews says. Both the bubble tea and the matcha tornado had a strong fragrance / flavor essence smell and taste. They were extremely sweet though I asked for 30% sugar and 50% sugar (I confirmed those options on the screen when ordering. I’m not sure if the lady didn’t bother doing that or maybe this is how sweet their 30% is). Though a tea machine and tea powder seemed used in making the bubble tea. It didn’t have a real tea flavor. For the matcha tornado, I highly doubt how much matcha was in there. We paid $16+ for these two drinks and really couldn’t finish it. Even though it was a warm day and we were walking around a lot.
