Found this boutique completely by accident. While waiting for Tamarindo to open yesterday, I hobbled up the block to see what was open. Love & Aesthetics was the first shop I got to and the window display drew me inside. I love small shops that don't look like every other place and have unique apparel, jewelry, accessories, and more. That is definitely L & A. I fell in love with the place instantly! It was one of those shops that you know you won't make it out of the door with spending a little money. I was okay with that. I found two fantastic dresses with pockets, ladies, that I can pair with leggings I'm currently forced to wear. The material is soft and cozy and superb quality. I had to stop myself from buying the other three dresses. In addition to have an amazing selection, the two women who worked there were super cool, helpful, fun and interesting to chat with and engage with their customers. I have hardly any purchase willpower and absolutely no retail therapy regret but managed to stop myself. I did give into temptation at the register and bought a hilarious coin purse. I recently visited Love&Aesthetics at their new location on 1490 Union Street, right at the southern tip of Little Italy, and it’s quickly become a favorite spot of mine. This boutique has a beautifully curated selection of home decor, kids’ toys and clothing, handmade jewelry, and all sorts of scented goodies like personal fragrances, candles, reed diffusers, and incense. They also have a fun mix of hilarious cards and chic novelties that are perfect for gifts or just treating yourself.

The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, making it easy to spend time browsing through their unique finds. I was especially impressed with their handmade jewelry and stylish home decor items, each piece thoughtfully chosen. The scented candles and reed diffusers are another highlight – they smell amazing and add a lovely touch to any space.

Sean is funny. He's got jokes. And,... He's serious. The first time I visited his place, it was random and unplanned. I swear I know him from somewhere and he and I get deep right away. The second time I was there, it was planned. I wanted to hang out with Sean. And it was my birthday, so I wanted to shop. It is only in the last year or two that I've started wearing fragrance on my body, I thought I ought to get a new scent. Sean spent so much time educating me about fragrance selection.
