Reiss Hotel — Hotel in San Diego

No free wifi or parking. There are some cockroaches and bedbugs. Once you use Raid then Ortho Home Defense they don't come into your room anymore. The kitchen is decent. It costs $4 to wash and dry in the laundry room. Bedding is included and laundered free. We have basic cable plus Stars channels. The restrooms are cleaned constantly throughout the weekdays. Smoking is allowed in your room. It is a decent home for decent pricing. Each room is furnished with a desk, dresser with a mirror, mini-refrigerator, sink, chair, closet space, and a remote controlled television. Peace and quiet are encouraged...

So far no issues but there are some bugs if you keep you're room clean and don't leave food out then you shouldn't have any issues . The staff say you can't have people come over at night. That to me seems like a violation of our rights to enjoy as a tenant paying rent with no assistance should be able to have who ever over when ever get want. My opinion I'll look into this more and see what our rights are . But other then those two things its location is great the price is even better and its not a bunch of uptight nosy people here . It's an alright place to live as long as you have your own air conditioning unit or fan and your own TV. But you will be charged for having visitors. I am not sure how they get away with that under the uniform hotel visitors policy...
