We took the tour for Saturday and received communication from Roxanne that there was none and if we could change it for Sunday, we modified our entire schedule, and arriving at the starting point with a delay of 3 minutes, she surprised us with the news that she did not have space for my two-year-old granddaughter's car, desperate for the 3-minute delay, I chose not to allow my two daughters and my granddaughter to get in, staying in the middle of the street, I wasn't there at all comfortable and much less enjoy the tour……. Annoyed, we complained to Roxanne that if she had wanted to help and show professionalism, she would have allowed my daughters to leave the baby's car in the car and wait for them so we could all leave ……. and all for 3 more minutes, and paradoxically at the last stop, which was Coronado Island, a group took 9 minutes to return to the bus, and we calm down...... Roxanne showed a great lack of professionalism and a lack of judgment to assume a situation that was presented to her. It got out of hand, due to my bad experience I do not recommend...

With all of the San Diego tour companies available, we were skeptical on which on to choose. Let me tell you right now, we made the right choice.

If you don't want to settle for the rest, choose the best...Roxane and SDRT!!! Roxane was funny and accommodating throughout the trip. She provided all aspects that you would want to know about in a city that you're visiting for the first time. Not only that, Roxane went above and beyond to help my wife and I choose a romantic spot for our wedding anniversary dinner. After speaking with Roxane, and all she knew about the city, we ended up changing our hotel reservations!!! The new hotel we stayed at based on her recommendations was above and beyond!

What a comprehensive and educational tour of San Diego from Roxane!!! First off, I brought my family of 14 people, and she was able to accommodate us in her new and well kept walk-thru van! This was great because we basically had a private tour of the city with our own group. Roxane knew so much about San Diego including restaurant recommendations, nightlife, hotels and extracurricular activities. She was extremely sweet, funny and charismatic, not to mention a great driver. She was patient with the youngsters, and interactive with the rambunctious adults. What a memorable experience!
