DO NOT GO HERE. Mishel burned my hair off last night. I have been getting my hair dyed blonde for the past ten years and never in my life have I watched a CHUNK of hair fall off my head like it did last night. I had asked for a dark ashy blonde look, already having dark roots and some blonde in my hair. Mishel proceeds to put seemingly more bleach in my hair when I’ve been trying to focus on hair health and tone down the need for blonde, hence why I wanted to go darker. She started trying to detangle my hair with bleach still in it and I just watched my hair break off in the process. I sat there for 5 hours to leave blonder than when I came in when for the first time in my life I actually wanted to be darker. The color combo she used is not even a good blonde and my hair came out so damaged. She’s clearly inexperienced and doesn’t know what she’s fully doing.
