I'm typically that type of girl who gets their hair done every six months and does not really care about the regrowth. I met Aaron from The Factory at an event and he made my day by asking me to help him with a class for the salon! I could not resist since I have been working so hard and not have taken time for myself. When I arrived at the factory Aaron made me feel so welcome by offering anything that I would like to drink. The location of the salon is easy to get to you with close parking with a meter. The inside is very modern with a rustic feel. After studying my hair, The best decision was to cut the length so my hair could be healthy again . He made me comfortable after I did not want to cut it originally. Lisa then and went ahead and did my color. She was very detailed and quick. To end the session Brittany styled my hair so I could really see the amazing work! Aaron Lacey is amazing. He is extremely precise, detailed, and capable of the most technical and challenging of cuts. He is able to execute any vision you have seamlessly. I can't count the number of times I've pointed to a picture and every time, he's given me exactly the cut I asked for, without fail. Aaron really spends a lot of time and focus on communicating with clients to ensure he understands what a client wants and to ensure that he meets the client's expectations. I’ve taken two classes at the factory with Dj Muldoon. If you’re a hairdresser, you need to put a master class or even his day classes on your bucket list. The space is intimate but very functional. He supplies you with everything you may need, except bring your scissors, of course. The information that you will receive will be in depth, detailed information that you can’t get from any distributor. He focuses on the craft of our trade.
