After visiting the Sephora in Paris I had a huge enlightenment about how BAD this Sephora is. The catty unhelpful employees were gossiping and blocking the isle as I wandered aimlessly looking for the hairspray I fell in love with in Paris. Rather than offer help I had to literally say 'excuse me' so they would separate from gossiping so I could walk through the isle. Not one person asked if they could help me. SO MANY Workers standing all around everywhere no one offered to help me. I finally asked someone where the hairspray was and instead of "showing" me like they did in Paris she pointed to the back for me to find it myself. This is the typical treatment I get in this location. That is why I hate it and don't like going there.
Once I found it and went to purchase it (I also picked up a couple kat von d lipsticks, which I found on my own again) The cashier was a real beotch. She rang me up and I paid and I had to ask her for a sample. (Paris just loads you up without asking)/. She looked at my total and rolled her eyes like I didn't spend enough money for a sample. She said 'well I guess you can have ONE'. She opened her drawer where i saw plenty of other samples. I told her "well I guess only ballers like my friend get samples because we got a ton in Paris". She again rolled her eyes and said 'do you want this one or not?' She also mentioned every store is different when it comes to samples.
I have a friend who is a Sephora-holic and when we were in Paris I was using her hairspray and wanted some. We stumbled upon the Paris store and were greeted immediately when they realized we spoke English they sent English speaking workers over to help us. They were amazing, helpful and fun! They directed us to many things and new products. She helped me pick a lipstick and liner and took a lot of time with me. (Unfortunately they did not have the hairspray hence my visit here). I told my friend the Sephora near me sucks because the service was no where even close to Paris. My friend got like a bunch of samples I mean TONS. She used some VIP card and I added my purchase to her so she could get points. The lady gave us samples for 2 knowing that.
Anyway I texted her after the visit last week to tell her that Sephora will never get me hooked and this whole story, and how I didn't get baller...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife had a terrible experience at this sephora š©. We spoke to Marriana the store manager regarding her terrible experience with Employee's Loren and Jenny.
My wife: Sephora is my go-to store for makeup,. I was at the Gucci counter, and I needed a lipstick, but I wasn't wearing my glasses and unfortunatelyI i was unable to read the name. So I approached two employees, Lauren and Jenny, and I asked for help. , They were not helping customers so i figured that they could help And I said, I was sorry to interrupt, but if they could please help me with reading the number of the lipstick because I wasn't wearing my glasses. All they had to do was just take two steps, and they could have looked for the lipstick for me. But instead, Jenny just threw a random number at me, and I was like, oh, these numbers don't match any of the numbers that are there. So then I went back, and at this point, I talked to Lauren, and she was so dismissive. She yelled at me and said, well, it's 500, and if it's not there, that means we're sold out, and we don't have anything in the drawers. And I proceeded to explain to her that there was no 500 numbers that maybe they made a mistake if she would just please come and look. And then she walked over to the Gucci area, and she's like, oh, no, we're sold out, and just dismissed me. I was su upset. I couldnāt believe how rude she was towards me. To the point where she would yell at me, it's unacceptable. I was so upset. Then I asked one of the employees to get me the manager, whose name was? Mariana. Mariana stated that she was going to talk to the employees with Robin the main store manager. She was very apologetic and understood why I was angry. I've been to many other sephora locations and they are always friendly and welcoming. I live in Henderson Nevada and my sephora at the District, offers the best customer service. The store manager Glen and all his associates are always eager to help and make my shopping experience the best possible one.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding my visit at the Sephora location in Fashion Valley today. During my visit, I was seeking assistance in finding a new foundation due to a recent tan. Unfortunately, I encountered a lack of customer engagement as I walked through the store. Despite the presence of several employees, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. When I approached a group of three employees who were busy chatting, I was directed to an associate who appeared to struggle with basic product handling due to long artificial nails.(3 inches) While I appreciate the individuality of employees, this hindered the ability to provide effective assistance. The associate told me to look up, squeezed some foundations on my hand and told me to apply on my face then went back to chatting. There was no suggestions or recommendations whatsoever even though I requested color match, and I felt like I was bothering that person. During this time, the staff seemed more engaged in personal conversations rather than assisting customers. So I rushed to pick a shade and decided to ask if the associate could guide me to the lash glue section. When we got there, the associate pointed it with his foot, accidently kicked the shelf while doing it and left in a hurry without even saying sorry. Are you kidding me????? I was so shocked, I left the store in a hurry with a foundation that did not meet my needs, and upon returning home, I found it to be too orange for my complexion. I also intended to purchase concealer and blush but because I was already fed up with the terrible customer service, I decided not to bother.
Given my experience, I feel compelled to rate my visit poorly, as I would have expected a much higher standard of customer service from Sephora. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration. As for myself, I'm going to return the foundation and going to shop at Nordstrom...
