Village Hat Shop — Local services in San Diego

The customer service I received from Anita was excellent. I was searching for a particular Stetson Open Road hat - being based in the UK the hat is not available here so I emailed asking if they had it and if my wife who was visiting San Diego could collect it.

Anita emailed promptly back explaining they didn’t have it in the colour I wanted but could source it for me and ship to the UK, a fantastic result! However she also mentioned that they had the same hat in another colour which could be purchased and they had attached photos of it for me. I said it looked good but could my wife go view it before purchasing and they kindly agreed to have the hat dispatched to one of their stores which was closest to my wife’s hotel.

The hat got purchased by my wife and I have to say upon receiving it I am delighted with the colour, it is even better than the original colour I was looking for!!

Great service - they will go out of the way to help an international customer over email and were even super helpful to my wife in person....

I saw the hat shop so I went in to look and wish. I tried on every black hat I could find. With each hat I tried on they looked better and better. I thought choosing one was going to be hard but it wasn't. I knew when I was done that I'd found the perfect hat. And the proprietor was so helpful too! When I couldn't remember where I got the hat I tried on he didn't mind at all to put them back in their proper locations. What fun and the price was very easy on my pocketbook. Thanks for being such good hosts my new friends!...

This hat shop is located in Seaport Village, right in the heart of all the charming shops. It’s an incredible spot with an amazing variety of hats! They have everything from funny novelty hats to stylish women’s sun hats, classic old-school designs, and even baseball caps. We couldn’t resist and ended up buying four hats! The prices were very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend stopping by, there’s such a fantastic selection, it’s hard to leave without picking up...
