We've been going in for a few years. This year felt off. There was a new employee basically following my daughter and I around the store. It was odd. Considering we had only a purse and had came in the day before and bought things.

There were several other people in the store with backpacks. Strollers.... yet we were the only ones she seem to follow and she never even said hello or if she could help us find anything. We love the shop. I didn't tell my daughter, she would be upset and would want to stop going. Hoping your staff sees this and takes a different approach next time.

I was in your shop a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with it. I visit San Diego every year and enjoy visiting Sea Port Village. I was thinking of opening an actual lounge with food where the Urban Lounge area is so people can enjoy a good meal and drinks not just alcohol soda will be included too. Even juice for kids.
