My husband purchased a gift for me for Christmas. I did not care for the way this bracelet fit.
I had 90 days to return it. It was purchased on December 17, 2021 had plenty of time to return but went in today.
I had the receipt with me for the bracelet along with other items my husband had purchased. I even put it in a Hallmark box, as I have many due to shopping their for 30 years.
As I walked into the store. I was approached by an employee (or manager) and she said “do you have a return”? I said “yes”. We went to the register. She then said “do you have the original box”? I said “no”. She said “well I need it for the sku number”. I said “really”. And again mentioned it was a Christmas gift.
As I was getting ready to leave she said “you can call our 800 number”.
On the receipt it says nothing about needing a sku number for a return.

Despite the few hiccups that I’ve had with customer service over the years, the store associates and general manager are very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that I may have.
