My husband purchased a gift for me for Christmas. I did not care for the way this bracelet fit.

I had 90 days to return it. It was purchased on December 17, 2021 had plenty of time to return but went in today.

I had the receipt with me for the bracelet along with other items my husband had purchased. I even put it in a Hallmark box, as I have many due to shopping their for 30 years.

As I walked into the store. I was approached by an employee (or manager) and she said “do you have a return”? I said “yes”. We went to the register. She then said “do you have the original box”? I said “no”. She said “well I need it for the sku number”. I said “really”. And again mentioned it was a Christmas gift.

As I was getting ready to leave she said “you can call our 800 number”.

On the receipt it says nothing about needing a sku number for a return.

Needless to say, I will never go to Amy’s Hallmark in San Dimas again. Nor...

This has been my go-to Hallmark store for over half a decade now. Clean, spacious, and well-organized location with a large, varied selection of Hallmark-branded products and other gift items.

Despite the few hiccups that I’ve had with customer service over the years, the store associates and general manager are very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that I may have.

Words cannot describe how special this Hallmark location is. I meet the most friendly 2 staff members on my visit who not only assisted me with a difficult holiday find but also made me feel honored and special. The ladies at the front while i was being rung up were some of my favorite people I've ever spoken to.
