I have had a wonderful experience as a contractor for the Addison Group. Seriously I had been applying to dozens of jobs after graduating from Cal. I was hearing nothing back.

Enter the warmest, kindest most responsive recruiter, Becca. Becca reached out and was super responsive as she helped put me forward for different positions.

I’ve never received such great prep for interviews. And Becca feels like a friend, coach and cheerleader. Not like a recruiter.

I was put forth for one job. I didn’t get it but Becca worked super hard to find other opportunities for which I could fit well. Within weeks, she helped me interview for an awesome foundation that I still work at to this day.

Becca has been so kind and responsive. Whenever I have questions I can go to her and she responds within minutes. Crazy! I feel like I should be paying for this service, or at least treating Becca to dinner or something! That’s how useful and grateful I am for the Addison Group and Becca.
