Absolutely amazing experience! My car was absolutely filthy, I have two dogs and less than ideal habits when it comes to cleaning my car and keeping trash out of it. Despite being a 2019, the car was pretty thrashed and in need of some super TLC. I also park outside on the street in North Beach, so my car is constantly being dinged or pooped on by our colourful parrot Neighbors lol Carlos and his team were amazing! They were able to finish my car in about 24 hours and were extremely communicative. In addition, the actual service is next to none! The car is cleaner than the day came off the dealership lot, it smells amazing and has not one single dog hair in it despite me having two large hairy dogs ! They got every ding scratch, anything that was possible to fix they fixed! It looks so good I am shocked. Last time I got my car detailed I paid the same amount and they were not able to correct the exterior damage at all. Carlos and his team worked miracles. I am so excited and highly recommend this service. It is not cheap but no matter where you go detailing Will be expensive, but this is absolutely the best place in the city. They also use all clean products which was great for us as we don’t want to expose our family to harmful chemicals....

When I got my new car and wanted my first PPF and ceramic coat job, I called every ceramic pro dealer from San Rafael to San Jose. A few minutes on the phone is all it took for Jim to differentiate himself from the others. He took his time talking through my options without being pushy or upselling. When it comes to ppf + ceramic coat, I quickly learned that the end product is very dependent about the prep work and attention to detail, so it was important to me to send it to someone that took pride in their work. The detailer at my dealership had left many holograms in the paint of my brand new car before it ever left the lot. The team at California detailing completely eradicated all imperfections from the dealer, and the ppf and ceramic coat were installed to perfection. I didn’t realize how brand new this car could look until I picked mine up from the shop! Carlos is as friendly and professional as I remembered since my last visit (December 2019; went with a basic detailing). Though I had a $25 coupon to use from Yelp (for the Complete Retail package this time (May 2021), as the coupon was only applicable to this specific service), I chose not to use it after seeing the care his team gave my Model 3. Though slightly pricier than a few competitors farther out in the Bay Area, I'll happily pay for the trust and piece of mind; the service provided is worthy the 5-star Yelp rating. (Just a fair warning though - Jim's pretty curt when talking on the phone (you'll more likely to be talking to him when calling than Carlos). Efficient, but his conversational pacing can come off as impatient to some elderly customers I know.
