I have been coming here, to this branch, for about 25 years. There really has not been a lot of change. A teller named Betty, has been there the whole time and is great human being. She always has a smile and a cheery outlook, which seems harder to find anywhere these days. It's a small, out of the way office. which is going through a lot of changes. They cut all of the big trees outside away, which puzzles me? Why all of them? No one had an answer to my question on this, so it's a puzzle which has to do with the road changes they're doing in SF. The place also has PARKING! Something you don’t see often at banks. Just on the Van Ness corridor close to Lombard Street. Jesus the bank associate/teller is a student at University of San Francisco.
