My husband and I went in to fix our engagement ring where one of the settings fell out and the ring was a little bit bent. They fixed it in 1 hour! They have an artisan there so it beats the waiting time. We were so shocked and ecstatic because we expected at least a wait time of 1 week. We've done jewelry in Japan before so our expectations were very high. They were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, sincere, informative, accommodating! Everything you would want when fixing your precious diamond.

We also had a necklace made and another fixed. I also requested an appraisal on one other item and everything was perfectly done. I even received a jewelry cleaner. OMG, we are definitely going back. I had such an over the top experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went in with a few small sentimental stones from jewelry gifted to me by my late father, with the ask for a unique, everyday ring that fit my active lifestyle while using all the stones. The design process was collaborative, and I was able to see a model of the ring using the actual stones. And it was so quick! Just about two weeks until I got the email the ring was ready for pickup.
