I love the store and the stuff that they have in it. It’s a little expensive considering you can find the exact same stuff online for almost half the cost. Last time I came into the store there’s an associate that’s a guy with a beard and probably in his late 30’s I didn’t get his name but omg is he rude. Has no customer service skills at all. I had a question about some paper that was pretty expensive to buy and I wanted to make sure before I bought it a few questions that I had and he looked at me like I was stupid and I was bugging him asking him any questions. I bought a few items he never said thank you or gave a good day nothing. He didn’t even want to give me a bag for my purchase. Everyone else In the store is nice except for him. I don’t even think he smiled at all. I don’t think I will ever come back again after how I was treated. I’ll just stick to buying the things I need online and paying half the price. I’ll get better customer service online and...

I am in vacation in SF, and while I understand that people are scared about the plandemic, I did not appreciate a bit being attacked by the 3 sales associates when I was minding my own business in this store. I was the only customers, so alone in a corner, with my mask on, bellow the nose (health issues). The lady came to tell me to properly use the mask, I told her that I am alone with health issues and between us were more than 10 ft distance. Immediately the other 2 sales associates jumped at me, attaking me, telling me that I am rude for mentioning the CDC order. Under normal circumstances, I would give Flax 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, however COVID hit us and has changed everything. And with rent going sky high, for retailers, Flax moved to a much better place. Great parking availability, but the one glaring difference is the amount of variety, the stock, it's just not the same. Before Flax moved, they had a gargantuan amount of stock in their store. It would easily take 3 - 5 days to take in everything. Now days, not so much. I will still visit and make purchases here. They carry some very unique items that I need to do my work with. I only wish I lived in San Francisco, this store would be easily accessible for me. But going to the city, once a year, makes accessibility...
