I'm so grateful for this bridal shop! After a few weeks dress shopping I was feeling discouraged with price points and knew online shopping wasn't for me, because trying it on is so essential to really get the true look and feel. Then I discovered Glamour Closet existed and after reading reviews I was hopeful I could find something. So I drove from Marin and arrived at the moment it opened the day before Thanksgiving (which was extra lucky for black Friday sale). I was the first bride to arrive, I believe they only cater to two at a time. I picked out my dresses to try on. They have lots of styles of sample dresses - highly discounted! Apparently their inventory is always changing. I love that you buy off the rack. I will say wedding dress sizes are very different, especially UK. Sample sizes are generally 8-12 which really worked for me but if you are smaller it's still worth checking out because the run small and you may be able to alter it. I ended up saying YES to the dress! The woman helping me was very kind and gave me lots of feedback on fitting, and styling for how I described my Spring wedding. She helped me narrow in on the dress that best suited my wedding theme. It's such a beautiful unique dress. She gave me a referral for alterations if I need it. It's a magical and relieving experience to find the dress especially when you get a great deal than what they normally cost. Glamour Closet is The Place to go to look for the perfect dress. There are so many beautiful current styles from which to choose. The experience was exceptional from the moment my daughter (the bride to be) and I walked through the front door. Veronica explained the process very patiently and professionally to us. She listened to what design my daughter preferred in a dress. After selecting several dresses from the racks, Veronica appeared with dresses that we had missed or passed over. Veronica knows her business and how to assist a bride in narrowing the selection process. We were never rushed. She helped my daughter into and out of the dresses. They are very careful with the inventory as the dresses are the very ones that the brides will take home from the store once a decision has been reached. As more ladies arrived to select wedding dresses, Veronica and Samantha never got distracted or too busy to continue to service us. They managed so well to accommodate every one who walked through the door. They are kind, considerate, sweet, and knowledgeable sales people. They were not at all pushy. I had a fantastic experience at Glamour Closet. I went with my parents right at opening on a Saturday and was welcomed in by Bridget, who was wonderful with assessing what I was looking for and walked me through the process with ease (her coworker also peeked over to see what I liked as well!). Throughout my search both would check in and offer me a potential option to add to my list. Bridget read me well and was able to help me identify what I did / didn't like, and would return to the rack to find additional dresses that I hadn't chosen on my first look through to help me narrow down my choices. When discussing budget she didn't make me feel at all stressed, and she brought me dresses that were within my price range. She also made the experience incredibly fun, even with me and my family having initial nerves to getting excited and having a blast.

Ultimately, the first dress I tried on was THE dress, and Bridget was so supportive in hyping me up into that moment of trying it back on, and giving me the space and time to process (and get a little emotional!). She helped me identify what alterations were feasible and made the process so seamless and easy.
